Rates

Please note:  If you want us to run on your street or a public park you must check with your local Police Department or Parks Department to get permission or obtain a permit for us to run.

Trackless Train Rental Rates

The M&M Railroad  requires a two hour minimum commitment for all events.  Rates are calculated as follows:

• First hour: $225
• Additional hours: $175/hour
• Travel fee: 2.50 per mile (one way). Calculated from our home location.
• the first 15 miles free

All day Rentals 8 hours $1400.00

Train Station Rental

If your event is over four hours, we offer the use of our train station for an additional $50.00.

Fire Truck Rental Rates

• Our fire truck is rented by the hour.
• First hour: $200.00
• Additional hours: $100/hour

Call for special pricing on longer time periods or special events.

Parade Rentals

• Most parade rentals for a group are flat rated at $400.00 for the time of the parade only.

Reservations

• When renting or reserving the trackless train or the firetruck, a 25% deposit of the total amount is required at the time of booking. This is the only way to lock in your event date.

Cancellations

• If you need to cancel for any reason please do so at least 72 hours prior to the event. Any cancellation made within 24 hours of an event will not receive a refund.

Note: M&M Railroad is not held liable for any damage to yards or wet areas that we are asked to drive on for any event.
